  • How long does it take to repair my phone?
    Most devices are repaired in 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the repair for parts we keep in stock.
  • I have the part; can you repair it?
    We can use your part, but we cannot give our 6 Month Warranty. Part Installation prices vary depending on the device.
  • What devices do you repair?
    iPhone, iPads, Tabs, Galaxy and much more. If you don’t see it on our pricing page. Give us a call for a quote.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty. Visit our warranty page to learn more.
  • Do I need an appointment to have my device repaired?
    No appointment is necessary, but if you make an appointment online you can save $10 off your repair.
  • Do you fix liquid/water damage? And what is the success rate?
    Yes, we do repair liquid/water damage. If your device has gotten wet, the best thing to do is power it off and bring it in to one of our stores immediately. Do not try to charge or try a new battery. If we can’t fix it there is no charge. Our success rate is 75%.
  • Why is my phone slow after an update?
    Older devices phones hardware is not equipped to support the new features of the new operation system. If your batteries capacity is lower than 90% it can cause even further slowdowns.
  • When do I pay for the repair?
    Payment is due after the repair is completed for items we carry in stock. If we have to order a specialty item, we require half down to order the part.
  • Can you recover my data on my device?
    If you want us to back up your device, our technicians provide data backup, data recovery, and data transfer to make sure you don’t lose any of your information.
  • I have warranty through Apple or Samsung? Will your repair void my warranty?
    Accidental damage has already voided your manufactured warranty.
  • Does the estimated price include but labor and parts?
    Yes, any estimated price we give included both parts and labor.
